A welcoming and relaxing community session - no experience necessary.
Each week explores a different theme through a mixture of gentle breathwork, body scans, and guided visualisations. Peaceful Pause offers space to slow down, reconnect, and return to the present moment in a warm, calming, and supportive environment.
Free and open to all. Donations towards room hire are appreciated, but never expected.
