You will get:
-12 weeks' supply of FREE organic, locally grown veg
-support to build skills and confidence cooking with seasonal veg
-access to gardening and cooking activities as part of our volunteer community on Fridays
Past partcipants have improved their wellbeing, lost weight and one person even got their type 2 diabetes in remission by the end of the 12 weeks.
