Following in the footsteps of sadly discontinued The Bolster, its aim is to serve the community with updates from around the parish.
If you'd like to contribute any local news or announcements (be that a sports club, community group, or personal story), please get in touch.
At some point in the future we hope to create a printed version of the news for those not online but this will depend on the success of the online version.
To help St Agnes Carnival run as safely and smoothly as possible, we’re hoping to have around 40 volunteers this year. We’ve already had some fantastic people come forward, but we’d love a few more to help spread the workload and make sure everyone has an enjoyable day.
Whether you can spare a few hours marshalling the procession, helping in the carnival field, assisting with parking, or simply being an extra pair of hands, we’d love to hear from you. No previous experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.
St Agnes Carnival is organised entirely by volunteers, and every person who gives up a little of their time helps keep this fantastic tradition alive for everyone to enjoy.
If you can help, or know someone who might be interested, please send us a message on facebook or email us at [email protected]
We look forward to seeing you at this year’s Carnival!
Many thanks,
St Agnes Carnival Committee
