The week begins on Monday with a hybrid session that blends 30 minutes of strength-based exercises with 30 minutes of slower, restorative stretching. It’s an ideal way to build stability and mobility in equal measure, setting a steady, energising tone for the days ahead.
Wednesday’s class shifts the focus toward relaxation. Set in a softly lit, calming atmosphere, this midweek session is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset both physically and mentally through gentle, flowing movement.
Fridays bring a high-energy finish to the week, with the most popular class in the schedule. This session combines 45 minutes of strength work with a 15-minute stretch and cool-down, all set to an uplifting soundtrack of 80s and 90s power ballads. Expect a fun, challenging workout that pushes your limits in an encouraging, lively environment.
